IAM Bajan Service Terms

Version: 2026-06-30 · Status: launch version subject to legal review and the final executed customer agreement.

Submitting an access request does not create an account, issue a credential, grant access, or obligate Kitji Studios to provide the service. Access exists only after written approval, commercial activation and applicable contractual terms.

1. Controlled access

IAM Bajan is available only to organisations and named contacts approved for a defined purpose. Kitji may verify the requesting organisation, intended use, authority, technical safeguards and payment status before activating any access.

2. Permitted use

Approved customers may use IAM Bajan only within the documented scope, applicable law, the customer agreement, and the data-use controls accepted during onboarding. Customers must apply data minimisation, restrict access to authorised personnel and maintain appropriate safeguards.

3. Prohibited use

Customers must not use IAM Bajan for political campaigning, voter targeting, political profiling, direct marketing, lead generation, scraping, public people-search tools, data resale, unauthorised onward disclosure, bulk extraction, unauthorised automated decisions, or training artificial-intelligence models with identifiable response data.

4. Credentials and security

Credentials are issued only to approved technical contacts. Customers must store credentials in a server-side secret store, never expose them in browser code, rotate them when requested, promptly report suspected compromise, and not share them outside the approved organisation.

5. Suspension and audit

Kitji may suspend or revoke access where there is suspected misuse, a security concern, an expired subscription, an unpaid invoice, a change in the approved purpose, or a legal or contractual requirement. Customers must cooperate with reasonable security and audit enquiries relating to their approved use.

6. Final agreement

These public terms describe the launch access model. The executed customer agreement, data-processing terms, approved scope and any institutional agreement govern the activated service and prevail where they differ.
