IAM Bajan Privacy Notice

Version: 2026-06-30 · Scope: public access requests and commercial onboarding.

This notice covers the information submitted through the IAM Bajan access-request form. A separately executed customer agreement and data-processing terms will govern any activated service relationship.

What we collect

We collect the organisation name and type, contact name, business title, business email, selected plan, intended use, jurisdiction, authority confirmation, and acknowledgement of the terms, privacy notice and data-use rules.

Why we use it

We use this information to receive and assess access requests, verify the commercial and operational fit, contact the applicant, maintain an audit record of acknowledgements, manage approved onboarding and protect the service from misuse.

How we limit use

We do not use access-request information to create public directories or to sell applicant details. Access is restricted to authorised Kitji personnel and service providers supporting the controlled onboarding process. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the request, any resulting relationship, security, audit and legal obligations.

Your responsibility

Submit only accurate business information that you are authorised to provide. Do not include sensitive personal information, account credentials, national registration numbers or personal data that is not needed to assess your request.
