MetaBajan Terms of Service
These terms govern access to MetaBajan, including API usage, telemetry, subscriptions, tokens, and related digital infrastructure services.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using MetaBajan, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and any written subscription, service, or implementation agreement with Kitji Studios Inc.
2. Service description
MetaBajan provides controlled API access, subscriber token issuance, operational telemetry, health monitoring, and related service infrastructure. Features may change as the platform evolves.
3. Subscriber eligibility
Access is limited to approved subscribers. A subscriber may receive access only if whitelisted, active, paid where applicable, and authorised for the requested policy and role.
4. Accounts, tokens, and access
- Tokens are issued for limited periods and must be protected as confidential credentials.
- Subscribers must not share, sell, expose, or misuse tokens.
- Kitji Studios may suspend or revoke access for security, non-payment, misuse, or breach of these terms.
- Administration access is internal to Kitji Studios unless expressly authorised in writing.
5. Subscription and payment
Paid access is governed by the applicable plan, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement. Fees are payable in the stated currency and billing period. Access may expire or be suspended if payment is not current.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use MetaBajan to break the law, access unauthorised data, overload systems, bypass security, reverse engineer protected components, distribute malware, scrape excessively, or interfere with other subscribers.
7. Data protection
Subscribers must use the platform in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including Barbados data protection requirements and GDPR-style obligations where relevant. Subscribers are responsible for having a lawful basis for any data they submit or request through the platform.
8. Telemetry and monitoring
MetaBajan may collect operational telemetry, logs, health data, and security events to maintain reliability, performance, auditability, and abuse prevention.
9. Availability
We aim to operate the service reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access unless a separate written service level agreement applies. Maintenance, outages, vendor issues, network failures, or security events may affect availability.
10. Intellectual property
MetaBajan, its software, branding, documentation, templates, and platform materials remain the property of Kitji Studios Inc or its licensors. Subscribers receive only the limited right to use the service under these terms.
11. Confidentiality
Non-public platform information, credentials, pricing arrangements, technical documentation, and subscriber data must be treated as confidential unless already public or authorised for disclosure.
12. Warranties
The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Except where expressly stated in writing, MetaBajan is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a specific business outcome.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitji Studios Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant subscription period unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate access according to the applicable subscription or written agreement. Kitji Studios may immediately suspend or terminate access for security threats, misuse, unlawful activity, non-payment, or material breach.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Barbados unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
16. Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after publication of updated terms means you accept the updated terms.
